建議沖泡方法:

溫度:90℃至100℃

茶水比:一茶包:180ml 水

時間:5分鐘

次數:每天早晚一次,可以根據口味加糖,熱飲或冷飲皆可。


辣木葉主要功效:

辣木(Moringa),原產於印度北部和非洲,被譽為「生命之樹」、「植物中的鑽石」。辣木的葉片含有豐富營養,包括多種維生素、蛋白質和鈣質等,是近年最受歡迎的超級食物之一,廣受注重健康和養生的人士喜愛。

根據《亞太癌症預防雜誌》(Asian. Pacific Journal of Cancer Prevention)指出, 辣木葉被稱為「超級食物」是基於其含有豐富的營養成分:100g乾辣木葉所含的蛋白質是酸奶的9倍,維生素A是胡蘿蔔的10倍,鉀是香蕉的15倍,鈣是牛奶的17倍,維生素C是橘子的7倍,鐵是菠菜的25倍。

辣木葉富含20種氨基酸、46種抗氧素和36種自然防炎體和礦物質,當中包括對糖尿病患者有益的綠原酸。綠原酸已被證實可減緩細胞的糖分吸收和降低血糖水平;辣木葉能提供豐富的天然鐵質,有助增加能量和製造紅血球,有效預防貧血。
