Local Delivery (Hong Kong)

(A) Pick up in Person
We offer FREE pickup for all online orders. Please make an appointment with us at info@mybeautyshare.com or Whatsapp (+852) 9088 3069.

All orders must be picked up within 5 days (included public holiday) upon order confirmation. Uncollected orders will be returned to us and resend by SF Express (delivery fee paid by Freight Charge Collect).

To return & exchange your orders, please refer to our return & exchange policies.

(B) Standard Mail via Hong Kong Post
Local orders will be shipped using Hong Kong Post or SF Express delivery service.
International orders will be shipped by Air Mail via Hong Kong Post.

(C) SF Express Delivery (Hong Kong, Macau & Taiwan)
We send products by SF Express standard door-to-door delivery service.

Shipments delivered to the above locations require an additional business day.

Acceptance of Your Order
You will receive an order confirmation email upon purchase.

Delivery Times

Hong Kong - estimated up to 5 business days

China & Macau - estimated up to 10 business days

Rest of the World - estimated up to 15 business days

Please allow extra handling time for your order during public holidays and peak seasons. There could be some cases your local customs office may require additional documents and time to have your package cleared. In this situation, the estimated delivery time may be affected.

All orders placed after 3pm (GMT 8) Monday to Friday will be processed on the next business day.
